The category of shoes known as the Synchron first made their debut in 1980. As the assortment got bigger over the years, it was always easy to recognize the group by the unorthodox lacing system inthe toebox.The research and design team wanted to provide a better fitting upper and came up with the innovative lacing system for added comfort and durability. The Synchron Classic, the 90s edition within the Synchron category, remains a comfortable model featuring an air cushion unit and a stable heel cap.

Delivery & Returns

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Karhu is an international brand and we ship to most countries in the EU. Your order is prepared for shipment on business days the next morning after you placed your order. Typically, the warehouse is able to manage and send out your order the same day, or the next morning after they start processing it! Currently we aren’t able to offer you express shipping in the EU. The transit times below are indications of the transit time after your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our European warehouse is located in the Netherlands. On local holidays our warehouse is closed. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 

If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label for orders within the eurozone and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return.

The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment, in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at customerserviceEU@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.

The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.

Prepaid shipping labels are only provide on orders that are shipped from within the Eurozone.

Returns from Switzerland & Norway:  

If you choose to make a return from Switzerland or Norway, you may choose any carrier for the return shipment. The shipment must be delivered to the address of our European warehouse (see below) for a refund. The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you and be in proper condition. We will process your refund as soon as we have the returned product and within a maximum of 30 days.
